General TV Rental Questions

TV rental in Malaysia means you hire a display screen for a short period — typically 1 day to several weeks — for an event, exhibition, seminar, or commercial use. CK TV Rental King delivers the TV to your venue, installs it, and collects it after your event. You don't need to purchase, store, or transport the TV yourself.
We stock all major TV rental sizes: 32", 40", 43", 50", 55", 58", 60", 65", 70", 75", 85", 86", 98" and 100". The most popular sizes for events in Malaysia are 55" and 65". For seminar halls and conference rooms, 75" and 86" are preferred.
We provide commercial-grade LED TVs. Most of our stock supports 4K UHD resolution (3840×2160). All TVs include HDMI ports, USB ports, and are suitable for continuous operation at events. We do not rent consumer-grade household TVs for commercial event use.
A good rule of thumb: divide your expected viewing distance (in metres) by 0.7 to get the minimum screen size you need in inches. For example, if your audience sits 4 metres away, you need at least a 57" TV — so a 65" would be ideal. Contact us and we'll advise you based on your venue and event type.

Pricing & Booking

TV rental pricing depends on the screen size, rental duration, quantity of units, and delivery location. Smaller sizes (32"–43") are more affordable; larger sizes (75"–100") are priced at a premium. Multi-day and multi-unit rentals typically benefit from better rates. Contact us for an exact quote based on your event details.

We recommend booking at least 3–7 days in advance to guarantee your preferred sizes and quantities. For large events (10+ units) or very large screens (86"+), booking 1–2 weeks in advance is advisable. For urgent or same-day requirements in Klang Valley, WhatsApp us directly to check availability.

Delivery, Setup & Collection

Yes. Our rental service includes delivery to your venue, professional installation and setup (including cable management and positioning), and collection after your event ends. This full-service approach means you don't need to worry about logistics on your event day.
We serve all Malaysian states including KL, Selangor, Johor, Penang, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, Sabah, and Sarawak. For Klang Valley (KL, PJ, Shah Alam, Subang, Klang, Puchong), delivery is fastest. Delivery charges for outstation events will be quoted accordingly.
Yes. We can position and set up TVs inside exhibition booths, on stands, or as part of your event display setup. We'll coordinate with your event organiser regarding venue access, loading bay timings, and setup windows.

Touch Screen & Digital Standee Questions

A standard TV displays content passively — visitors just watch. A touch screen TV is interactive — visitors can tap, swipe, and interact with the content directly, like browsing a product catalogue, filling in forms, or navigating a digital kiosk. Touch screens cost more to rent but are significantly more engaging for exhibitions, demos, and kiosk applications.
A digital standee is a slim, freestanding portrait digital display — like a digital version of a rollup banner. It's best used for mall activations, hotel lobby displays, event entrance branding, product launch environments, and anywhere you want an eye-catching display without a large horizontal TV setup. Digital standees display videos, animations, and slideshows.
